Member Rules

It is our goal to provide to provide members with, professional knowledgeable service in a in a relaxed safe environment.
The following Rules are strictly enforced at all times to make your experience with us one with out hassle.

1. You must be at least eighteen years of age and have state-issued identification to access the dispensary. Parents our court appointed legal guardians must act as caregivers to obtain service on behalf of a legally qualified patients that are younger than eighteen (18) years old.
2. You understand that your membership of The Riverside Wellness Center is a privilege, not a right and that it can be terminated at any time by the RWC management.
3. You understand that your membership may be revoked at any time by the collective management for any action that, in the opinion of the management, brings discredit or unwanted public attention to Riverside Wellness, even if the action is not covered in these rules.
4. You understand that you are to never sell or otherwise distribute prescription medication that you acquired at Riverside Wellness and that if violated, that your membership will be permanently revoked.
5. You agree to uphold the restriction on the possession amounts of medical cannabis according to State Bill 420 as well as the recommendations of your physician.
6. You understand that you are required to show state issued identification and have your membership validated by RWC staff upon entry.
7. No Alcohol or illegal drugs are allowed on the premises, this includes the parking lot.
